- Any cross-border data transfers
- Retention periods
- Security measures implemented

12. Automated Individual Decisions
At present, AlpTrade Consulting does not carry out automated individual decisions (including profiling) producing legal effects or significantly affecting data subjects within the meaning of Article 21 nFADP.

In the event of a data security breach likely to result in a high risk to the personality or fundamental rights of the data subject, AlpTrade Consulting undertakes, in accordance with Article 24 nFADP, to:
