AlpTrade Consulting implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data against unauthorized access, loss, alteration or disclosure, including:

In accordance with Article 7 nFADP (Privacy by Design and Privacy by Default), data protection is integrated from the design stage and by default in our systems.

By filling out a contact form, registering on the Website or becoming a client, the user accepts that AlpTrade Consulting may contact them within the framework of the established relationship by phone, WhatsApp message, SMS or email.

These communications may concern:

  • information relating to existing services or products,
  • similar proposals or offers,
  • updates related to AlpTrade Consulting's activities.

Promotional communications by electronic means are sent only:

  • on the basis of the user's explicit prior consent, or
  • within the framework of an existing client relationship, in accordance with applicable Swiss law.

9. Retention Period

Personal data is retained only for the time necessary to achieve the pursued purposes or in accordance with legal obligations.

As an indication:

Beyond these periods, data is securely deleted or anonymized so that it no longer allows identification of the persons concerned.

In accordance with Article 12 nFADP, AlpTrade Consulting maintains a register of personal data processing activities, which includes in particular:

  • The categories of data subjects and data processed
  • The categories of recipients to whom data is disclosed
  • Any cross-border data transfers
  • Retention periods
  • Security measures implemented

12. Automated Individual Decisions

At present, AlpTrade Consulting does not carry out automated individual decisions (including profiling) producing legal effects or significantly affecting data subjects within the meaning of Article 21 nFADP.

Should such processing be implemented, the data subjects would be informed in advance and would have the right to request that a natural person review the decision.

13. Data Security Breach

In the event of a data security breach likely to result in a high risk to the personality or fundamental rights of the data subject, AlpTrade Consulting undertakes, in accordance with Article 24 nFADP, to:

  • Inform the FDPIC as soon as possible
  • Inform the data subject if necessary for their protection or if the FDPIC requires it
